PMI Lakeshore is a locally owned and independently operated franchise of Property Management Inc., a national leader in the property management industry. We would love to help you fulfill your property investment goals.
Thomas Eddie has been successfully involved in real estate for over two decades. He personally owns and manages multiple types of assets in several states and internationally. After a 31-year career as an insurance fraud investigator, Tom became a broker with Marcus and Millichap. He was the sole agent in the National Manufactured Home Communities Group in their Minneapolis office for three and a half years. He primarily focuses on clients in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin, enabling him to develop long-term, lasting relationships. In 2022, Tom opened PMI Minneapolis-St Paul Brokerage to add Property Management to his services. He has also become a partner in PMI Lakeshore in Duluth. His strong work ethic, negotiation experience and professionalism make him uniquely positioned to bring his clients the best possible outcome.
Brad Nelson has over two decades experience as an entrepreneur, leader and property investor. In 2020, he decided to pursue property management as his career. He lists his own properties with PMI Lakeshore. Brad lives in Duluth with his wife and four kids. He enjoys playing music, skiing, mountain biking, and exploring the shores of Lake Superior.
